1. Amend Social Security by increasing the payroll tax incrementally at a rate of .001% for ten years and gradually increase the cap by $25,000 each year until a cap of $350,000 is reached and giving those above a $150,000 cap the option to invest one half the tax in personal accounts.
2. Put more pressure on NATO to speed up training Iraqis and Afghans for their countries’ defense.
3. Set up a minimum wage with the same annual automatic cost of living index as in social security.
4. Prioritize guidelines for the Department of Homeland Defense to distribute its funds judiciously.
5. Issuance of marriage licenses is the prerogative of the states; if they do not want gay marriages, so be it, but are expected to allow civil unions with the same benefits and property rights of married couples.
6. Intensify US propaganda and information on satellite radio and television.
7. Develop an open forum in Russia on the virtues of free press, without which democracy is in jeopardy.
8. Renegotiate with the World Trade Organization the posture that developing countries must do more for their own consumption and standard of living.
9. Open up diplomatic relations with North Korea and Iran with the prerequisite assuring a non-invasion policy provided they end nuclear proliferation.
10. Infiltrate the religious base for the propagation of tolerance and democratic principles.
