Briefly we praise those who made the ultimate sacrifice while the families forever mourn.

Indeed love is blind, inflicted by the rude glare of divorce.

Statesmanship is the love of prudence; politics is the love of impudence.

Only when elections are over does the truth begin.

CBS is pilloried for putting the wrong wrapper on the sugar-coated sidebar.

The affluent have no compulsion to give back to society because as entrepreneurial wizards they actually believe their fortune was all their own doing.

Try telling Bill Gates that his billions would not exist without the invention of the computer — or the invention of  electricity for that matter.

Nader still insists that there’s no difference in both parties, yet blatantly steals from the Democratic platform.

It is not so much that the President is resolute and strong as it is that the world is irrelevant and wrong.

There was never talk of the draft until we lost our allies.
