Is it so strange that Ted Kennedy et äl have come out of the closet for Obama, or is there some truth to the grapevine that the JFK speech writer Ted Sorensen is behind Obama’s “oratory”? Then again, maybe Gov. Deval Patrick is the ghost writer--whatever. And btw, did JFK’s speeches make the invisible difference in barely beating Nixon?

However, after tonight's Wisconsin primary, it is evident that Obama is the general election candidate and we have all been put under the Reagan spell of the great communicator.

Will Obama’s “change” fare better than McCain’s so-called “straight talk express” and fear mongering? Or will McCain’s “100 year” war cancel out his position that the surge is working?

If you go to the home page...or any page on this site there should be a "My Blog" link at the very top along with account, dashboard, and new article.

As for politics...I think I'm just going to take a break from them until the candidates are finally decided.

Just go to stevendedalus.joeuser.com. They still have some bugs to work on around here, but mostly itis working (the font is going to drive me blind tho!).

As for the General election, dont you think we need to get past Hillary first? Even her detractors are not pouring dirt on her grave if she pulls out Texas and Ohio (leading in both, but not by much). As it stands, neither are going to have a majority to win the nomination going into the convention.

But as I said before, the Kennedy Obama alliance is pure payback. Ted (the il Duce of the clan) is pulling those strings, and after the Clintons robbed him of the 04 Convention, he has no love for them. The Democrats are HIS party, not the clintons, and he is just trying to show them that.

As for Obama, wash all the mystique away. I think people are just over analyzing him (and I am not going to tell Locamama this as I am having too much fun with her right now). His success is simple.

He is not Hillary. Period! He is as shallow as it gets, his wife is the worst asset in his campaign. In every respect, he should be a second tier candidate with no hope. But he is not hilary, and that is going to get him to the convention. Maybe not the nomination, but to it.

I fear that Obamania is equal to Beatlemainia!

Intriguing point.
