Constructive gadfly

Could it be the long standing tag of “soft on crime” is a deterrent for the Democrats to make an issue of disenfranchising ex-cons — even those whose parole has expired? There should be an investigation as to why Al Qaeda was given a pass at Tora Bora. Tax cuts designed to stimulate the economy should not be used for savings and investments that are so long range that a current repression would long have corrected itself. Anytime unemployment is in the 5% range is supposed to mean that things are looking good — tell that to pockets round the country that have 9 and 10%; that said, it is not the rate of unemployment as much as the kind of employment that prevails. Senior citizens do not need prescription drug bill, but rather price controls on behind the counter drugs. The ultimate answer to campaign finance is to outlaw all contributions and mandate a $5 surtax on all IRS returns; in addition, all media ads should be free and positive only. Why is it the ‘F” word is offensive to the eye but not to the ear?
